As well, coming later this year on the new website will be a link to our online project management and budget tracking tools available to our clients.  We believe these interface tools will help our clients to be more informed and hands on with their projects while spending yet less time.  (Updated February 2008)

Masserano Real Estate and Consulting announces a successful year 2007.  “We are of course proud to have completed construction and FFE acquisition work last year valued at over $11,000,000 in conjunction with our design, project management and purchasing core services.  However, we are still intensely focused on improving our level of service and response time to our clients.  In the months prior to the end of the year we added Amanda Weitzel as a Design Associate and Jay Ramsey as a Project Manager and Designer.  Both additions to our team are already helping us to make strides with our current projects moving them along at the fastest pace possible.”  (Updated February 2008)

Masserano Real Estate and Consulting was recently selected by Houston Spine and Rehabilitation Centers to help navigate the process of converting leased locations to owned real estate. The assignment will begin with the development of an 8,000 + square foot facility in The Woodlands, Texas for the relocation of their main office and rehabilitation facility. An exciting feature of the new facility will be a state-of-the-art aqua therapy center, and partnered with Carter Wealth Management Services MREC will be playing a key role in maximizing asset value for Houston Spine and Rehabilitation Centers.
